Biography
Behrad is a passionate PhD student at Heriot-Watt University, specializing in hybrid enhanced oil recovery (EOR) modelling. His research focuses on innovative techniques like water-assisted gas (WAG) processes and polymer flooding. He began his academic journey in 2017 at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, gaining experience as an urban gas network simulator at the same time. In 2024, he earned his master’s degree from Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran, where he further developed his skills as an WM supervisor. Behrad is also an entrepreneur, having founded KIAS, a company dedicated to sustainable energy solutions.
