Biography
Mahdi is a PhD student at Heriot-Watt University, specializing in the numerical modeling squeeze treatment processes in porous media. He holds a BSc and MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Iran. In addition, Mahdi has worked in industry for several years as a reservoir and production engineer providing him with a foundation in reservoir simulation and multiphase flow principals. He’s also been involved in developing several technical software in the field of reservoir and production engineering. His current research focuses on numerical modeling of coupled squeeze treatments in porous media.
